Hey everybody! Nathan here with NathanSoliday.com - I wanted to mention a loan option if you're thinking about buying a house that not every bank or credit union offers and that's the option to be able to a buy manufactured home.
Our company offers a loan program for manufactured homes. It's basically two different programs. One of them requires a 3 1/2% down payment that's FHA loan. We can do that down to a 600 credit score so FHA is a great way to go for a manufactured home. The other program is the VA loan. There are not a lot of lenders in Kentucky or Southern Indiana that would do the VA option on a manufactured home so if you're a veteran, you'll definitely want get in touch with us because it's a great way to go when you're looking on that type of program.
